history
The Company Panico & C. Ltd. with capital stock £ 20,000,000
was formed in 1992 working mostly in the building field in the
region Campania (Italy).
In the year 1999 with the rise of the capital stock to £ 190,000,000
(one hundred and ninety millions), the company aquired the public
works' branch of the company TENAX Ltd.
Belonging to the same group and formed in the year 1974 and
recorded in the A.N.C. register at the number 4893206 for the
following categories:
G1 9.000 millions, G3 3,000 millions, G4 1,500 millions, G6
300 millions S1 1500 millions, S3 75 millions, S7 75 millions,
S8 75 millions.
As a consequence, the company Panico & C. Ltd., after the aquisition
of the above mentioned branch, was mainly devoted to widen its
activity in the field of public and private contracts.
